2. Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are intended for individuals seeking personal development and mindset support. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for medical treatment. By working with Ever Rising Coaching, you acknowledge that:

a. You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

b. Coaching may involve personal reflection and growth that can be emotionally challenging.

c. Results are not guaranteed, as they depend on your personal participation and commitment.

d. Ever Rising Coaching does not provide services related to depression, addiction, trauma, or other mental health diagnoses. If you require clinical support, you agree to seek appropriate professional care.

3. Booking and Payments

Clients may book coaching sessions or programs directly through the Ever Rising Coaching website. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Ever Rising Coaching offers flexible payment plans for coaching packages, which must be agreed upon prior to the first session.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made. If you choose a payment plan, you are entering a binding agreement to complete all scheduled payments in full. Payment plans are provided as a convenience, not as a pay-as-you-go option. By purchasing a coaching program, you acknowledge and agree that this policy ensures mutual commitment to the coaching process. Ever Rising Coaching reserves the right to pause or terminate access to sessions if payments are missed or delayed.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited at the discretion of Ever Rising Coaching.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law (for example, if there is risk of harm to yourself or others). Client information will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials shared through Ever Rising Coaching — including worksheets, guides, PDFs, and online resources — are the property of Ever Rising Coaching and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating in coaching, you agree that Ever Rising Coaching and its representatives are not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or actions you take as a result of coaching sessions. You are solely responsible for your own results.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Greene County, Ohio, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greene County.

10. Updates to These Terms

Ever Rising Coaching may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
