
Through every role, one thing stayed the same, my fascination with what drives people, and how courage shows up differently for each of us. That same curiosity led me to begin my training with the Thriving Coach Academy, where I’m working toward my ICF certification. My coaching style blends psychology-backed tools with intuitive awareness, not the kind you have to “believe” in, but the quiet knowing that guides you when logic alone can’t.
Beyond titles and training, my greatest teachers have been love and family. I married my high school sweetheart, Zac, and together we share life with our Bernedoodle, Chewbacca (or Chewie, for short). Family means everything to me. They’ve seen me through every version of myself, and they remind me daily that growth doesn’t always look graceful, sometimes it looks like trying again, choosing kindness, or laughing when plans fall apart.
Ever Rising was born from all of it, the lessons, the losses, the love, the courage to begin again. My hope is that this space reminds you that you don’t have to have it all figured out to start changing your life. You just have to be willing to begin, even if your hands shake when you do.

Clients meet with me once a week to keep consistent momentum, though we can adjust based on your goals and schedule. Consistency creates lasting transformation, and we’ll design a rhythm that works best for you.
You can choose from 25, 45, or 60-minute coaching sessions, depending on your needs and schedule. Some clients prefer shorter sessions for quick clarity and focus, while others choose longer sessions for deeper exploration. We’ll decide together what feels right for your journey.
Yes! Most sessions are held virtually so you can connect from anywhere. If you’re located near Dayton, Ohio, I also offer in-person sessions for those who prefer a face-to-face connection.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling sessions. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged depending on your program or package. I understand that life happens, so communication is always key.
