Kayla Mowery is the founder of Ever Rising Coaching and creator of the T.I.M.E. Freedom Framework. She is a certified life coach with a background in psychology who works with high-achieving women nationwide via virtual coaching. She is also the founder of a professional networking community for young women in Dayton, Ohio. She developed the T.I.M.E. Framework after using it to reclaim 10+ hours of her own weekly schedule. She is known for her grounded presence, her ability to identify patterns, and her genuine investment in her clients' growth.

How long is the Time Freedom Program?

The program is 12 sessions, held weekly. Each session is 45 minutes. Runs approximately three months.

How much does the Time Freedom Program cost?

Investment is discussed during your complimentary consultation.

How do I get started?

Your first step is a complimentary 45-minute consultation. Not a sales call - a genuine conversation to map your goals and see if we're the right fit. Book at everrisingcoaching.com.

What happens during a coaching session?

Each session focuses on what's most relevant for you that week. We explore patterns, clarify goals, process what's happening in real time, and build the tools to take meaningful action. Sessions blend reflection, strategy, and accountability.

What results can I expect?

Most clients reclaim 10 or more hours of weekly freedom by the end of the program. Beyond hours, they report feeling genuinely present, at work, at home, and with themselves.

Can I do this program while running my business?

Yes. Sessions are 45 minutes per week, and the tools integrate into your existing life.

Is coaching virtual or in-person?

Primarily virtual via Zoom, available nationwide.

How often do sessions take place?

Weekly. Consistency is the foundation of lasting transformation.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes, completely. Your sessions are a private container. What we discuss stays between us.

I'm already overwhelmed. Do I have time for this?

Think about it this way: your week has 168 hours in it. Each session is 45 minutes, less than 0.5% of your week. And most clients say they get back far more time than they put in. The question isn't whether you have 45 minutes. It's whether you can afford to keep losing 10+ hours every single week. That's what staying stuck costs you.

Why can't I just read a book or figure it out myself?

You likely already know what you "should" do. The gap between knowing and doing is exactly where coaching lives. Here is the thing about blind spots: you cannot see them on your own. That is literally what makes them blind spots. You can know that something needs to change and still not be able to see what is keeping you stuck, because the pattern is too close, too familiar, too ingrained, and it is exactly why having someone in your corner, someone who can see what you cannot, makes all the difference.

What is the T.I.M.E. Freedom Framework?

It's a four-pillar approach to moving from autopilot to intentional living:

T — Take Responsibility: Stop the "I don't have time" narrative to reclaim your power.

I — Identify Values: Use your Values Pyramid as a filter for every decision.

M — Map the Architecture: Find where your hours are going and create a personal blueprint.

E — Execute: Do the work by taking consistent, accountable action.

What is a Values Pyramid?

A tool built early in the program. It identifies the core values of your future self: the version of you who has already reached her goals. It becomes your decision-making compass.

What is a Time and Energy Audit?

A guided 7-day exercise that reveals where your time and presence are leaking. Most clients find the results eye-opening.

What does "intentional presence" mean?

Being fully engaged, mentally, emotionally, physically, in the moment you're in right now. The opposite of autopilot.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy focuses on healing the past so you can function more fully in the present. Coaching works with where you are right now to help you build a thriving future.

While therapy is about recovery, coaching is about discovery, turning awareness into action. Coaching and therapy can also work well in tandem.

I know I need this, but I'm hesitant about the investment.

That hesitation is normal, especially if you're used to putting everyone else first. Consider the cost of not changing: continued burnout, strain on your relationships, health consequences of chronic overload, and the quiet erosion of a life you worked hard to build. This is an investment in a sustainable future that pays dividends in every area of your life.
