You Built the Life. Now be There for it.

Master your 168 hours and trade the high-functioning fog for genuine joy.

Presence is the one thing your "hustle" can’t buy.

You have the success, but are you actually there to experience it?

To the world, you’ve mastered the art of having it all together. You are the reliable one, the one who never drops the ball, and the one who always finds a way. But success has a hidden cost. You’re physically in the room with your friends or family, but your mind is three steps ahead - mentally drafting the next email, managing the next fire, and anticipating the needs of everyone else. Reclaiming your time isn’t about adding more to your day; it’s about finally being intentional with your time.

Does your "High-Functioning Fog" look like this?

  • Your hobbies have vanished because you "just don't have time" right now.

  • You're at dinner, but your brain is still problem-solving a work scenario.

  • You tell yourself you will rest after this next project or achievement, but when you get there, you just find the next thing to work on.

  • Rest feels like laziness, so you fill every quiet moment with more tasks.

The Ever Rising Relationship

From the Grind to Intentional Living

Awareness is the starting point, but the shift happens in the application. My 1:1 coaching is a dedicated partnership designed to bridge the gap between the success you've built and the happiness you deserve to feel with it.

The Structure

  • 12 weeks of partnership to move from busy to present

  • Weekly 45-minute sessions

  • Real time support between sessions

Core Areas of Exploration

  • Identifying Your Masks: Identify and put down the roles (like Perfectionist or Fixer) you play to feel safe.

  • Rewriting Your Rules: Dismantle the "shoulds" that convince you rest must be earned.

  • Protecting Your Peace: Establish clear boundaries to protect your peace without guilt.

  • Owning Your Worth: Detaching your value from your to-do list and learning to lead from a place of "enoughness."

Rising in Real Life

Meet the women Behind the Mission

I am, and have always been, the "reliable one." I’m the high-achiever who doesn’t drop the ball. Currently, I’m balancing four different roles, so I’m not here to tell you to "hustle less." I’m still just as busy as I’ve ever been.

But for a long time, I was at the effect of my life. I was successful, but I was on autopilot - physically present at the table, but mentally miles away, managing the next fire. I was doing "all the things," but I wasn’t doing them with intention.

The shift happened when someone asked me, "Why are you choosing to do all of these jobs? Why is this important to you?"

That question changed everything. I realized I didn't have to do any of this - I was choosing to. And if I was choosing this life, I wanted to actually be there to enjoy it.

Living with Intention

My drive is the same, but my attitude is different. I’ve learned that peace comes when you take control of your time instead of letting it run you. For me, that looks like: starting the morning with my favorite cold brew and puppy cuddles with my dog, Chewie and making my weekly dance class non-negotiable - the shift in my energy when I started doing something just because I love it was a total game-changer.

My husband, Zac, and Chewie see a much lighter version of me now. Not because I’m working less, but because I’ve moved from "I have to" to "I am choosing to." You’re allowed to be busy as hell and still have a life that feels manageable. You’re allowed to have massive goals and still be present for the journey. I’m here to help you stop being the "effect" of your life and start being the one who decides how it feels.

FAQs

How is the program for?

I work with high-achievers, leaders, and perfectionists. You are likely the "strong one" in your circle. You are tired of the pressure to perform and are ready to take off the mask, set boundaries, and finally define success on your own terms - not everyone else's.

How do I get started?

It starts with a conversation. Click the button below to book your complimentary consultation.

This isn't a high-pressure sales call. It is a dedicated time for us to map out your goals, uncover what's blocking you, and decide if we are the right fit to work together.

What happens during coaching sessions?

Each session focuses on what’s most relevant for you. We’ll explore patterns, clarify your goals, and build the tools you need to navigate challenges and create meaningful change. My approach blends reflection, strategy, and accountability - always tailored to your pace.

Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?

I work primarily virtually (via Zoom), which allows you to connect from the comfort of your own space -whether that’s your home office or a quiet room where you can be fully present.

If you are local to the Dayton, OH area, I do offer limited in-person availability for those who prefer a face-to-face connection.

How often do sessions take place?

We meet weekly. Consistency is the secret to lasting transformation. We are building a new way of living, and that requires regular reinforcement.

Is coaching confidential?

100%. High-achievers rarely have a space where they can be completely vulnerable without fear of judgment or professional repercussions. Our sessions are a sacred container. What we discuss stays between us, allowing you to take off the mask completely

I’m already overwhelmed. Do I really have time for this?

This program is designed specifically for the busy high-achiever. We do not do "busy work" here.

You don't need hours of free time; you need focused time. Our sessions are high-impact and efficient.

I’m used to figuring things out myself. Why can’t I just read a book or push through?

High-achievers are excellent at figuring things out—that’s how you got where you are. But you cannot read the label from inside the bottle.

You likely already know what you "should" do (rest more, say no), but you aren't doing it. That is where coaching comes in. We bridge the gap between knowing and doing, providing the objective mirror and accountability you can’t get from a book.

I know I need this, but I’m hesitant about the investment.

It is normal to hesitate when investing in yourself, especially if you are used to putting everyone else first.

Consider the cost of not changing: the continued burnout, the strain on your relationships, and the exhaustion. This is an investment in a sustainable future.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy focuses on healing the past so you can function more fully in the present. Coaching works with where you are right now to help you build a confident, thriving future. While therapy is often about recovery, coaching is about discovery - turning awareness into action and helping you rise into the next version of yourself.
