My name is Kayla, and I’m the founder of Ever Rising Coaching, a space created for women who are ready to rise above self-doubt and step into deeper confidence, clarity, and self-trust.

Ever Rising was born from a deep belief that growth doesn’t have to happen alone and that even when life feels uncertain or heavy, there’s always a way forward.

I know what it’s like to question your direction, to wonder if you’re falling behind, or to feel like you’re the only one still trying to figure it out. Those moments can feel overwhelming, but they can also be the starting point for real change.

That’s why I created Ever Rising! To help others find clarity, confidence, and direction through life’s transitions and uncertainties. My approach is honest, compassionate, and rooted in real conversations that meet you where you are, not where you think you should be.

My goal isn’t to fix you, because you’re not broken. It’s to walk beside you as you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your mindset, and create meaningful change that lasts. What happens during coaching sessions?

Each session focuses on what’s most relevant for you. We’ll explore patterns, clarify your goals, and build the tools you need to navigate challenges and create meaningful change. My approach blends reflection, strategy, and accountability - always tailored to your pace.

Are there topics you don’t coach on?

Yes. I don’t coach on topics such as depression, addiction, trauma, or abuse, as those are best supported by a licensed mental health professional. Coaching is designed for individuals who are ready to create forward-focused change, not to process or treat mental health conditions. If you’re currently navigating any of those experiences, I encourage you to connect with a qualified therapist or counselor who can provide the care and resources you need.

How often do sessions take place?

Clients meet with me once a week to keep consistent momentum, though we can adjust based on your goals and schedule. Consistency creates lasting transformation, and we’ll design a rhythm that works best for you.

How long is each session?

You can choose from 25, 45, or 60-minute coaching sessions, depending on your needs and schedule. Some clients prefer shorter sessions for quick clarity and focus, while others choose longer sessions for deeper exploration. We’ll decide together what feels right for your journey.

Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?

Yes! Most sessions are held virtually so you can connect from anywhere. If you’re located near Dayton, Ohio, I also offer in-person sessions for those who prefer a face-to-face connection.

Is coaching confidential?

Absolutely. Everything we discuss during sessions is completely private. Coaching is a safe space to process your thoughts, emotions, and goals without fear of judgment.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. I believe growth should be accessible, so flexible payment options are available depending on your coaching package. We’ll discuss what works best for you during your consultation.

What’s your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling sessions. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged depending on your program or package. I understand that life happens, so communication is always key.

What will I walk away with after coaching?

You’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and practical tools to support your growth long after coaching ends. You’ll also notice a deeper sense of self - the version of you that’s no longer surviving, but rising.
